1. 30 Day Return Policy
At BRKN, we want you to shop with confidence.
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition.
- Be unworn except for trying it on to assess fit and size.
- Be unwashed.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Trying On Items
You may try on your clothing as you would in a physical store to determine fit and size.
Returns may be refused or reduced in value if an item has been worn beyond what is necessary to assess its characteristics, fit, or functionality, or if it has been:
- Washed
- Damaged
- Altered
- Stained
- Exposed to smoke, perfume, or strong odors
- Covered in pet hair or excessive lint
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Photos of the product
- A description of the issue
Where appropriate, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.
4. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time before the refund appears in your account.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect size (subject to availability)
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect products received
If your requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
6. Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EEA & Norway)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Economic Area (EEA) or Norway, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
This policy does not limit or replace any mandatory rights granted under applicable law.
8. Non Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items returned in an unsellable condition due to use beyond trying them on
